dlr Sports Partnership are thrilled to bring you Zumba in the Baths an energising dance experience by the sea with the fabulous Louise Heatherwick Zumba teacher extraordinaire!

Join us for a morning of music movement and fun as part of the Coastival celebrations.

Louise will lead us through an exciting inclusive session suitable for all fitness levels.

Whether youre a seasoned dancer or trying Zumba for the first time this is your chance to dance with the sea breeze in your hair.
