The National Maritime Museum is delighted to participate again this Spring 2025.

The Museum is housed in Dún Laoghaire’s 180-year-old Mariner’s Church, opposite the DLR Lexicon.

Experienced guides can bring you on a voyage of discovery, enthralling you with stories of discovery, heroism, war, and disasters at sea.

See nature and art inspired by the sea. Hear about innovative Irish inventions, scientists and local mariners.

Try Sailor’s Knots or take a Pirate-selfie!

There are two tours each Monday and Wednesday only. They should take roughly one hour. The first tour starts at 11:00 am and the last at 12:15 pm. They are suitable for schools, students, families, historic groups and individuals interested in local history.
