In 1920, Kingstown Urban Council voted to adopt Dún Laoghaire as the official name for the town, harbour and local authority. This walk will explore the rich history of our maritime county capital, its innovative infrastructure, Victorian heritage, and seafront memorials. Let us guide you through the centuries and discover the fascinating tales, events and colourful individuals that shaped Dún Laoghaire.
